If your Bubu coughs at night (or if you do) this is a simple handy trick.

A north Indian remedy.

This is purely a north Indian remedy. My north Indian friends and my son's nanny always advised this. All you need is pure ghee. If your Bubu is coughing a lot apply ghee to the throat area. They will stop within 5 - 15 mins. I cannot tell you how many peaceful 4 to 6 hrs of sleep we have had with this home remedy.

The best pure ghee we found is by Ancient Organics its made from organic cows milk and is lactose, casein, gluten free.
